Death Chests

Dying is embarrassing enough. Losing your stuff shouldn't be part of it.

What it is

When you die, your items don't scatter and despawn — they wait patiently inside a chest at the spot where you fell. No more five-minute panic sprints. No more "it despawned" heartbreak.

How it works

Die (we've all been there).
Your entire inventory lands in a death chest at your death location.
Run /back to teleport straight to where you died, open the chest, and take it all back.

Tips

/back + death chest is the ultimate safety net — but lava is still lava. The chest survives; whether you can reach it is your problem.
Died during a blood moon? Maybe wait for sunrise before the retrieval mission.
